The Embalse Trail, partly due to its great length and partly because it runs through a protected natural area, with the added presence of the reservoirs, is perfect for enjoying nature in its purest state. In fact, we will find the presence of almost all ecosystems, well-preserved and, therefore, with a myriad of fauna and plant species. The route passes through four towns in the regions of La Serena and La Siberia and also has other attractions, such as walking next to the Roman Ruins of Lacimurga, the Castle of Puebla de Alcocer, or being able to visit the Hermitage of the Virgin of the Cave.
