We take the Silo as our starting point. To the right of the road, we take the Vereda del Vino, which leaves the sports area below. In the cadastral maps, this path appears as Vereda de Matamoros. Behind Tierra Blanca, the Vereda del Vino reaches the Vereda del Chiquillo, which leads us via the right fork to cut across the Colada de la Senda. Once on the Colada de la Senda, on the left hand, we enter it for a few meters until it takes us to the Cañaveral, where we position ourselves over the Colada de Atalaya, to descend along it to the Bodión river crossing. At the Pasaderas, we cross the Bodión river and immediately, to the right, we cross another Pasaderas, but these over the Rivera Atarja. In this area, the Junta del Atarja with the Bodión is formed. Our route continues along the left bank of the Atarja to the bridge of the Zafra-Bodonal road, and after crossing the road, we take the dirt road-track, which in the cadastral maps appears as Camino de Fuente de Cantos-Atalaya-Medina de las Torres, until the sign that indicates Lebrato and Monte Viejo, where to the right we take the so-called Camino del Molino, which descends us to the right bank of the Bodión. Along this same bank, we descend the Bodión river, passing under the slope of Monte Castellar and next to the mill of the same name, and finishing our route over the bridges of the Zafra-Bodonal road.
