Its facade, decorated with a balustrade, shows the structure of the first villas built on the promenade. Like most of these, its name is found on the pediment topping the facade, made with blue and white ceramic tiles. Originally, the house had only one floor, to which a second level was later added. From its terrace, the owners could witness the sea baths of the society of the time, following the calendar and the Decalogue of the Good Bather published in 1905.
