The villa, built in 1891, marks the boundary between Almadraba and Voramar beaches. Made of "exposed brick", it is one of the most peculiar houses on the promenade. Its symmetrical and ecclesiastical structure is striking, as is its large garden. This garden served as the setting for the celebration of the best parties of the time, which even included floral games. Additionally, the building has housed tenants of very different kinds: the Oblate nuns, who established their residence here for a while, the brigadistas from the Civil War, who used it as a dining hall, and the clients of the restaurant that was established here in recent years.
