This high school is surrounded by higher education institutions, and further up is the Faculty of Law and the Institute of Geography. It is part of the three high schools of the Montagne Sainte-Geneviève, along with the Henri-IV and Saint-Louis high schools, and is therefore considered one of the most prestigious institutions in France.
