In the Sierra Sur de Jaén, the Regional Network of Olive Oil Tourism Centers, promoted by the Association for the Development of the Sierra Sur de Jaén (ADSUR), is made up of nine Interpretation Centers installed in olive oil mills in the region.

In Martos, the S.C.A. San Amador is the headquarters of one of these regional interpretation centers. In this case, the specialization focuses on the quality of extra virgin olive oils.

The theme of the interpretation center located in the San Amador cooperative has not been chosen randomly, but rather taking into account the great effort for maximum quality in the olive oils that this producers' cooperative has been making for some years and has achieved the distinction of extra virgin olive oils packaged with the specific brand "Tuccioliva gran selección" in a large number of national and international quality competitions.
