The route starts at the park next to the roundabout on the ring road, where we take the Robledo road. In these first meters, we share the route with the PR-CC 30 "Water Route" and SL-CC 4 "Pilones Route" trails. The route starts at the park next to the roundabout on the ring road, where we take the Robledo road. In these first meters, we share the route with the PR-CC 30 "Water Route" and SL-CC 4 "Pilones Route" trails. After traveling about 800 meters, directional arrows indicate that we should turn left and enter the trail that goes between stone walls.
We descend through the Canaleja de la Torre alleyways on a trail that quickly lowers our elevation, the directional arrows indicate that we share the route with the PR-CC 30 "Water Route" for 1.2 Km. We continue descending to the paved track leading towards Torre de Santa María; here we turn left towards the "El Robledo" area.
Here, what stands out the most are the huge centuries-old chestnut trees and the abundance of water that once gave life to a large group of mills. We travel 800 meters along the track before leaving it by a path on the left that leads to the Barroso Mills.
We continue ascending among olive groves and oak groves and after several forks, we reach the PR-CC 28 "Vaqueriza Route" trail, with which we share the route for 650 meters until we reach the Quebrada road, here we separate from the Vaqueriza route which veers to the left. We walk about 100 m along the road before leaving it in a sharp right turn. We will descend through various alleys among houses and olive groves until we return to the starting point.
