“La Posada de Bleto” is a small hostel - it only has four double rooms - located in the historic center of Ledesma, within the walled enclosure and next to the courtyard of the Fortress. Due to its limited accommodation capacity, the people who stay there receive a familiar and close treatment, also having all the essential services to enjoy a pleasant stay. It also has a small restaurant where you can taste a particular type of cuisine, being able to savor both typical dishes from Salamanca and the most traditional ones from Asturian gastronomy. This establishment, located in the old town of Ledesma, next to the gardens of the Fortress, consists of a small restaurant and accommodation, taking advantage of the place where one of the few bars that were in the old part of the Villa used to exist. Here, with closeness and simplicity, the manager offers dishes to share - “dishes in the middle of the table” -, homemade food and local wines, with the main purpose of winning over the customer based on the quality of its products.
