Civil building

It began construction in 1939 and was inaugurated in 1944. The Polish architect Ricardo de Jaxa Malachowski was responsible for the construction and the project of interior distribution and ornamentation, while the authors of the facade were the Peruvian architects Emilio Harth Terré and José Alvarez Calderón.
